As a recognized leader, former executive director, emergent facilitator, and policy strategist in intersectional movements, I am committed to guiding you to center with love, joy, and restorative practices. Answering a sacred calling to support those in social justice movements, this journey honors the path of my ancestors by reclaiming my family’s Mexican curanderisma lineage, enriched by my perspective as a queer Latine from the U.S.-Mexico borderlands. Together, with radical community care and love, we can live into the collective liberation we breathe and dream about.

  • Space Holding

    Crafting spaces rooted in love, healing, and liberation, Cristina is a liberatory, trauma-sensitive facilitator grounded in emergent strategy, reproductive, healing, and transformative justice practices. Through heartfelt inquiries, open conversations, and deep listening, Cristina curates transformational, sacred spaces that meet clients’ needs, blending strategy with practical, sustainable solutions.

  • Coaching / Consulting

    Through a blend of her healing approach and mindfulness practices, Cristina tailors rest and decompression sessions to support your emergent needs for respite and balance. She gently guides you, drawing from a toolkit that may incorporate breathwork, somatic exercises, words read as medicine, liberatory coaching discussions of tools, and space for journaling, planning, and dreaming.

  • Programs

    Cristina offers customized programs on mindful change management, rest, and healing during transitions. Her heartstorming, listening sessions foster co-creation and prioritize well-being. An example is The Rested Leader program for the Ms. Foundation grantees, blending ongoing dialogue with her insights on rest and restoration for sustaining movement leaders, countering the pace of white supremacy culture.
